Fleur du Cap’s Salt aficionado wows overseas wine lovers

Chef Craig CormackSalt aficionado Chef Craig Cormack has been travelling through Europe with Fleur du Cap sharing his salt and wine pairing expertise with wine lovers in Sweden and the Netherlands. Vibrant lunches and intimate dinners were hosted by Fleur du Cap to show off the unique pairings of wine, food and salt.

Guests were treated to a wine and salt experience from appetisers to desserts, expertly paired by Chef Craig. Starters were served on Himalayan salt blocks which impressed diners. These dinners and lunches were extremely successful with wine lovers and the media alike and created further exposure to bothFleur du Capand the concept of salt pairings in key outlets.

“The feedback was overwhelming and exciting especially from the media. They were amazed by the “one of a kind” concept and enjoyed the experience. It made me realise why I am so passionate about this salt and wine journey,” says Chef Craig Cormack.
